Why an Electric Tortilla Press is the Best
The Chef Pro press, sometimes called an electric tortilla maker is a kitchen appliance used to flatten and cook dough balls for Mexican tortillas and other flatbreads. Unlike non-electric models, there is no need to fry flour tortillas in a separate pan after they are pressed. They are cooked quickly right on the press and no grease is required.
Our larger tortilla maker has more surface area than competing models, its 10-inch diameter is ideal for making the big tortillas used for wraps and burritos.
For smaller flour tortillas and corn tortillas the 8 inch tortilla maker is a good choice.
